1) No Returns or Refunds

Once a PDF is purchased and access/download is provided, we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances.

2) Exceptions for Access Issues (Defective/Failed Download)

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading the file you purchased, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will assist with re-delivery. If we cannot provide access to the purchased file after reasonable troubleshooting, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a remedy.

3) Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, notify us promptly with your order details. We will verify and assist with a resolution at our discretion.

4) Product Information

Please review product descriptions, previews, and sample pages (if available) before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the product details.

5) Delivery

Digital products are delivered via secure download link and/or email after order completion. If you do not receive the download link, check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

6) Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback for delivered digital content may be considered misuse. Please contact us first so we can help.
